This sounds like an Amazing Detox Drink from Jillian Michaels. It is 60 oz. of water with a few things added to it. You drink this for 7 days straight. The girl that tried this said she lost almost 5 lbs in that 7 days!! She didn't work out or have to go on a crazy diet. Go over to her blog to get the recipe!

It snowed yesterday here in Utah for the FIRST time in the valleys this fall season! This outfit just looks so warm and cozy for days like that! I love that it is cute, but relaxed at the same time. I LOVE the striped scarf!
