Back to School Teacher Gift

I can't even believe it but my little girl starts Kindergarten today!!!
Oh how I wish I could be a fly on the wall to see how she is adjusting.
She has been having a hard time with this whole big kid school thing so I
hope she adapts to her new environment and new friends quickly!

I thought it would be fun for her to take a little gift to her teacher as she starts school.
Last Friday I did a Back to School Teacher Gift Ideas Pinterest Picks to give me some ideas of what to have her take. There are so many cute things going around right now!

One thing I found that I thought was so cute was a tag that read
"I am going to be one smart Cookie with you as my teacher!" with a mason jar full of cookies.
I actually saw it in a few different places, but you can check this one out HERE.

So my little miss and I came up with our own tag and cookies to give her teacher.

Here is what ours looks like:

This was so fun for my little miss and I to put together and as you can see,
it didn't take long at all!

What You Will Need:
- Cookies of your choice
- A cute tag {You can download mine below!}
- Hole Punch
- Ribbon
- Scissors

How I Made It:
My little miss picked out the ribbon to use. She chose the dark pink tulle and the white curling ribbon. I tied it around all 4 sides of the box and ended with a bow on top. Then I added the curling ribbon and curled it with the scissors. Last I added the tag on that I had punched a hole into.

As I said above I have a generic tag for you to
download for FREE if you would like!
You can do that HERE.
{I cut the black triangle out to give it a fun flag look}

My little miss is so excited to give it to her teacher!
I will hopefully update with a picture of her giving it to her soon!

I hope her teacher enjoys receiving it!

  2. Such a cute idea! I tried to download your tag but a "Blank V-day tags" pops up. Just wondering if I'm doing something wrong. Thanks for sharing your creativity with us! :)
