Free St. Patrick's Day Printable

Since I have gotten more into making my own printables, I have decided that I am going to make my own for each holiday this year to add to the ones I have already made. So you are going to see a lot more of these from me! Hope you like them!!

Today I have a
St. Patrick's Day Printable for you.

I was on Pinterest a few weeks ago browsing and saw a cute t-shirt that someone had made that says "Pinch Proof" on it. I fell in love with it. I might end up doing a shirt for my daughter since I just figured out how to do the iron on vinyl in this post HERE. I loved the saying so much I knew it would be the perfect thing to put on my printable.

Here is what it looks like:

I love the way it all came together!

"Lucky" Banner

I can't believe we are now coming up to St. Patrick's Day!!
This is year is going by fast. Does anyone else feel this way??
Even though Easter is at the end of March this year I still wanted to
decorate for St. Patrick's Day. This year I made a couple of new things to
add to my decor for this holiday.

Today I am going to give you a tutorial on how I made a cute Burlap Banner to hang up.

Here it is:

Supplies You Will Need:
-Burlap
-Jute {or something so hang it on}
-Pattern for the flags
-vinyl or paper cut outs of silhouette of the letters
-4 leaf clover cut outs
-Paint
-Brush
-scissors
-ribbon {I used green and brown. The light green one pictured I didn't end up using.}
-Medium clothespins

How I Made It:
I first traced the pattern I made on my cricut onto the burlap with a magic marker. I did 5 of these.

Then I cut them all out.

Next, I transfered the vinyl silhouette cut outs of the letter's "Lucky" onto each flag.

Then my cute little helper and I painted the letters on the burlap.

We let those dry for a good hour or so.

When they dried, I pulled the vinyl off and started hanging everything on the jute leaving a little bit of space between each thing.

After I got everything hung with the clothespins, I added ribbon in between everything. This is the technique I used to tie them around the jute:

Step 1: Lay the ribbon under the jute so its folded in half and the round part is at the top.

Step2: Pull the 2 ends up through the loop at the top - making sure you are going around the jute.

Step 3: Pull it tight, while pulling on the jute

That's it!!
It went together quickly once the paint dried!

Here are some more pictures of it:

It is already hanging on the mantel and looks so CUTE!!!

Pinch On Plaque

I am sure many of your have seen the "Keep Calm" sayings that people have done. There are so many cute things you can do with it. I had to do something for St. Patrick's Day with this.

I found a scrap piece of wood in my garage that is 6"x7". I just wanted something little so this worked out perfect!

This project was so easy that I am not going to go through step by step instructions with pictures. All I did was paint the top of the board green, then stained the whole thing. Then I cut out the saying "Keep Calm and Pinch On" with a little shamrock at the top and stuck it to the board! Very quick and easy!!

Here is what it looks like:

Super Cute for St. Patrick's Day!!

{You Are My Pot of Gold} Board

I hope you all had an AMAZING weekend! I had an awesome one. Friday night my little Kaitlyn and I had a Mommy Daughter night and went and got our nails done! It was so fun! It was her first time getting them done in a Salon.

Then on Saturday I chopped my hair off and put some blond hightlights in it! I LOVE it!!! I was so ready for a change!
**I am so sorry about the quality of my pictures. Something is going on and I am not sure if its blogger or my computer. When I look at them in my picture browser they are fine, but when I upload them they have gone funny. I am not sure why, but my hubby is going to look at it!

That's enough about my weekend. Let's get to todays fun sign!!

I was on Pinterest early last week and saw a cute saying for St. Patrick's Day. It says, "You are my pot of Gold." Someone had done a cute little sign with that on it. I so wanted to make something with this saying, I totally fell in love with it!

So this is what I came up with:

I took a board that I had laying around that is 6"x25 1/2" and sanded all the edges so they were smooth.

I thought it would be fun to paint a rainbow of stipes on it since it goes with St. Patrick's Day so cute! I measured out the stripes and marked where they would be.

Then I took blue masking tape and put it on the marks I had to get a perfect line.

Then I painted-I did 3 stripes at a time, doing every other one.
After these ones dried I put blue tape on again and did the other 3 stripes.

After all the paint dried I sanded around the whole board fixing any mistakes I made with the paint. Then I stained the whole board with  the color Early American.

Next, I cut out the saying "You Are My Pot of Gold" using the font Bosshole found HERE. I cut it out in black vinyl. Then I stuck it on the board.

Super Easy!! Here is what it looks like all done:

I am so excited about how it turned out!! I LOVE IT!!!
