I wanted to post this first because I think it goes with so many new years resolutions. I know that many, including me, get all excited and start out really good, but die off after a few weeks. I think this would help me a lot to have hung up in my room where I could see it every day because I know I can do it, but I AM GOING TO DO IT!!!

HEALTHY EATING:
This sounds like a great smoothie to have first thing in the morning. It is packed with protein to help hold you over until lunch. It sounds delicious too!! There is only 5 ingredients in it so its super easy to make as well.

This is a great way to detox.
Ingredients: 3 lemons sliced 1/2 cucumber A bunch of mint leaves (per gallon of water) Preparation: 1. Slice lemons and cucumbers, wash mint leaves and place in a gallon of water. 2. Let it sit over night in the fridge so the water can soak up all the flavors. Drink up and enjoy the next day! Tip: It adds a nice flavor to your water and can give you a flat belly! The lemon and water act as a natural detox that helps flush the impurities out of your system. Enjoy!

good luck with all your resolutions. I pin LOTS of stuff on my pinterest to keep me motivated , you can follow me at j0dalee if you want :) i also have a separate blog (not as fun or posted on as often) for running/fitness. just make it fun. eating healthy is easy too when you can enjoy yummy foods without all the fat and cals.
